Privacy and your data

Only when you use the feature. Reading the site stores nothing.

• The free assessment — the answers you give (which joint and which side, how bad it is, how long you have had it, your age band, how it limits you, and any warning symptoms), anything you type into the free-text box at the end, and the report generated from all of it.
• Booking a consultation, a procedure, or surgery counselling — your name and phone number, and which doctor, procedure or hospital you chose.
• The Ayushman eligibility check — the details you enter on that form.
• The exercise library — which exercises you marked done, and when.

• No video and no photographs. We never ask for them.
• No account, no password, no email address.
• No payment details. Nothing is paid for on this site.

There is no login. The first time you visit, your browser is given a random id, and it is that id — not your name — that ties your assessment to your exercise log. It is stored on your own device. If you clear your browser data, that link is broken, and we cannot reconnect your earlier records to you.

• Your assessment answers are sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model that writes your report. They are sent for that purpose and no other.
• If you book, the doctor you booked with sees your name, your phone number, and what you reported.
• The records sit in a managed MongoDB database and the site runs on Vercel. Both are suppliers who hold the data for us, not an audience for it.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Today that request is handled by hand — tell the clinic when you speak to them and it will be passed on. A dedicated address for this is being set up and will be published here as soon as it exists.

This is a plain description of how the site handles your data, written by the people who built it. It is not legal advice, and it is not the terms of service or the consent framework — those are still being drafted, and we have taken the links to them down rather than pretend they exist.
