Pain that won't go away
You've been ignoring it for months, hoping it settles on its own. It hasn't. Every staircase is a negotiation.
We hear you. Joint Saathi is a surgeon-led platform for knee and hip pain in India — where surgery is the last conversation, not the first. Screening, physio, targeted procedures — and if you truly need it, coordinated surgery.

Not a diagnosis. A trained clinician reviews every flagged result within 24 hours.
Joint pain is common in India, and most people put off doing anything about it for years. You don't have to.
You've been ignoring it for months, hoping it settles on its own. It hasn't. Every staircase is a negotiation.
Managing with whatever is in the medicine box. That covers the pain without touching what is causing it.
The videos online are generic. What helps depends on which joint, how bad it is, and what you can actually do today.
Someone has mentioned a replacement. You don't know whether that's really necessary yet, or who to ask.
A specialist visit runs ₹800–2,000, physiotherapy ₹500–1,000 a session. Finding out what is wrong shouldn't cost that much.
A neighbour says yoga, a relative says operate, someone else says wait. None of them has examined your knee.
Tap whichever apply. Nothing is stored, nothing is asked in return — we just want to point you to the right first step.
What you've described is common — and, in most patients we see, it's manageable without surgery.
This is not a diagnosis. It's a starting point. Two next steps depending on how you want to proceed:
Screening aid only · never a diagnosis
No card, no subscription, no trial that quietly ends. We charge for consultations and treatment — not for finding out what's wrong.
Answer a few questions about your pain. You get a severity read, what to do and what to avoid, and whether you should see someone.
Available nowThe assessment watches for the signs that mean see a doctor now, rather than next month.
Available nowWhat to eat and what to avoid for joint pain, in everyday Indian terms — not a Western meal plan.
Available nowExercises for knee, hip, shoulder, back and more, with instructions and cautions, sorted by how severe your pain is.
Available nowThe assessment and this whole page work in both. More Indian languages as we grow.
Available nowThese aren't built yet. We'd rather list them honestly than have you arrive expecting something that isn't there.
Log how the joint feels over time so you and the doctor can see whether it is actually improving.
Coming soonExercise reminders and answers over WhatsApp, so there is no app to download.
Coming soonPhysiotherapist-led video for every exercise, not just written instructions.
Coming soonLive sessions where you can ask an orthopaedic surgeon directly.
Coming soonSubmit your card details. Our Ayushman Care Coordinator verifies validity against the official PMJAY beneficiary portal — usually within 24 hours.
Assisted verification. PMJAY doesn't currently offer real-time third-party lookup, so this check is done by a human on our team. Final scheme eligibility and package coverage is confirmed by the empanelled hospital at pre-authorization.
Every clinician listed here is a real surgeon running his own practice — nobody is here to pad the page. They practise in different cities, so check the city on the card before you travel. Surgery is not booked here; that's by design. Ask for an appointment and the clinic calls you back to fix the time.

Answer a few guided questions about your joint, pain and history. Our AI builds a screening-only Joint Score and a personalized care plan — and flags whether you should see a clinician. It never replaces one.
A short, structured assessment maps where it hurts, how intense, how long, and how much it limits you — then screens for red-flag symptoms.
You get do's and don'ts, targeted exercises, Indian-diet guidance and a recommended specialist — tuned to your severity band.
Every flagged result routes to a booking with a surgeon or physiotherapist. Nothing is auto-triaged into a treatment plan.
AI Joint Score is a screening aid. It is not a diagnosis, not a severity grade, not a treatment plan, and not equivalent to a clinical exam or weight-bearing X-ray. Always confirm with a qualified doctor.
This is a new platform built around two surgeons' individual practices. We have no patient volumes, no outcome percentages and no testimonials to show you yet — so we aren't showing any. What's below is what we can stand behind today.
The kind of questions patients actually ask over the phone — answered the way we'd answer them on the phone, including where the answer is "not yet".
